The Master-In-Equity Department seeks to furnish the best possible service to the citizens of Aiken County in processing non-jury civil cases which cannot be handled by the Magistrate Courts. Master-In-Equity's goal is to handle all Common Pleas non-jury cases referred to Master and Judicial Sales as expeditiously as possible in the interest of justice.
