Government Center Now Open

The Aiken County Government Center is now serving the public at 1930 University Parkway on the Aiken bypass.
The new facility is located across from the SC DOT Aiken headquarters and about a half-mile west of the SC 118 intersection with SC 19 North.

Offices now operating in Government Center:

First Floor:

• Registration & Elections
• Victim Services
• Solicitor Worthless Check Unit

Second Floor:

• Auditor
• RMC
• Treasurer
• Assessor
• Planning & Development
• Delinquent Tax Collector
• Veterans Services
• Parks, Recreation, & Tourism

Third Floor:

• County Council
• County Administrator
• Human Resources
• Finance
• EMS and Landfill Collections
• Procurement
• Public Works
• Engineering

To pay taxes, get a building permit, or visit RMC, visitors should park behind the building and use the main entrance to enter the second floor level. A drive-through is also available for tax payments behind the building.
