Cellular/Communications Tower Permit

Cellular/Communications Tower application requirements are found in Section 3.5 in the Aiken County Land Management Regulations. Both new tower and co-location requirements are found in this section.

Submission must include a completed application, a site plan application, four copies of the site plan, the Functional Performance sheets and Guarantee and a review fee.

A building permit application can be submitted at the same time, but a building permit cannot be issued before approval from Zoning is granted. For building and code regulations, the Codes division can assist you, please call 803.642.1518.
