Research Campus

Aiken County's Carrol H. Warner Savannah River Research Campus is a 422-acre site, owned and operated by Aiken County. It is specially designed to play host to a wide range of technology-based business ventures from the largest international firm to the smallest entrepreneurial start-up.

Office space is available for lease in the Cooperative Research Center building. Office space ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 square foot suites on the first and second floors, and single offices are available on the first floor. Third floor is rentable as a complete floor

Technology Lab

In addition to the office suites, the Research Campus also offers prime building sites. Sites are available from 5 to 40 acres and may be selected to best suit the needs of each company.
