If you are doing research to obtain overage information, you need to be aware that AIKEN COUNTY does not relinquish overage funds to a third party. We will only issue (and /or mail) these checks to the last owner of record prior to the end of the redemption period. Any person seeking to claim overage funds will be required to provide proper identification to prove that their claim is legitimate before any overage funds can be disbursed.
